The total cost of your procedure is composed of three separate components, each tailored to the specifics of your treatment plan and discussed in detail during your consultation.

Surgeon Fee

Dr. Sturgill’s fee for performing your surgery and all postoperative follow-up visits. Your fee reflects the complexity and artistry your procedure requires.

OR Facility Fee

Covers the use of our accredited operating room at Meridian Plastic Surgery Center, including all surgical equipment, supplies, and nursing staff—scaled to the duration of your procedure.

Anesthesiologist Fee

For the professional services of your Board Certified, MD Anesthesiologist. This ensures the highest standard of anesthesia care and monitoring throughout your procedure, and is proportional to surgical duration.

Is Cosmetic Surgery Covered by Insurance?

Cosmetic facial plastic surgery is typically not covered by health insurance because it is an elective procedure. However, some functional components—such as a septoplasty performed alongside a rhinoplasty to improve breathing—may have insurance-eligible portions. During your consultation, Dr. Sturgill will clarify which portions, if any, may be eligible for coverage.

A non-refundable scheduling and booking fee secures your surgery date and reserves your operating room and surgical team.

Step 3

Balance Due

The remaining balance is due in full two weeks prior to your surgery date, allowing our team to finalize all arrangements.
